First Quarter: March 14, 6:27 A.M. EDT

Did you feel that when you awoke this morning? A certain change in the air? Maybe you felt it in the way yesterday seemed to drag on with both Facebook AND Instagram being down!

We have officially entered into the First Quarter Moon phase of this month's FULL WORM MOON! If you haven't, be sure to check out our last blog post which details the significance behind this moon here: https://michiganpharmacopeia.com/blogs/treat-yourself-to-wellness/the-full-worm-moon

While I have noticed a correlation between my thoughts, behaviors, actions and even habits that align with the phases of the moon over the past several years, this physical and energetic relationship has been studied and fostered for generations! In this blog post, we are going to discuss some of the BEST DAYS to do things, based off The Old Farmer's Almanac's Best Day's Calendar for March.

Many people don't realize this but you can 'find out when to start a diet to lose weight, cut hair to increase growth, plant vegetables, quit smoking, lose weight, wean, mow grass to slow growth, and more activities, based on the Moon’s sign!

To determine the Best Days, the team at The Old Farmer's Almanac look at several factors, including the position of the Moon in the 12 signs of the Zodiac, as well as the lunar phase. Planetary relationships may also be considered. When positions and/or phases are suitable, tradition says that activities are more likely to yield favorable results!

So between now and March 20, 2019, our FULL WORM MOON and the FIRST DAY OF SPRING (WAHOO!), here are some important dates that you may want to consider!

March 15, 2019
